At Team Fostering, we offer full support from the very beginning of your fostering journey. Whether you’re starting the application process or are an experienced foster carer, our team is here to guide you every step of the way.
Fostering Application Process
From day one, our recruitment team will be available to answer your questions and help you navigate the application process. The fostering application typically takes four months, during which our recruitment team will guide you through each stage, ensuring you have the best start in your fostering journey.
Ongoing Support for Foster Carers
Once approved as a foster carer, you’ll be supported by a dedicated team committed to ensuring you have everything you need to provide a safe and stable home for children. From 24/7 on-call support provided by our social workers to peer mentoring and monthly support groups, you will always have someone by your side.
Beyond Basic Fostering Support
In addition to regular support, Team Fostering offers a bespoke Education and Support Service to help young people succeed in school and extracurricular activities. You’ll also have access to continuous professional development, training opportunities, and enriching activities, such as away days and group holidays with fellow carers and children.
